Open your mind to think without limits. We all have these little 'inner voices' telling us what we can't do, and these do hold us back - that's the problem - so to become free sometimes we need help to shake these thoughts off. Someone to talk to.

Later, write your thoughts down. Don't hold back, write everything down, ignore any negative thoughts, there's no one else there! Just write all your ideas down, nobody can judge you. Once you have your list, take a break.
